These Terms and Conditions govern all bookings made with Panorama Bangladesh. By confirming a booking, you agree to the terms outlined below.

💰 Booking and Payments

  • We confirm a booking only after receiving a deposit.
  • You must pay the balance no later than 14 days before the tour start date.
  • If we do not receive payment on time, Panorama Bangladesh reserves the right to cancel the booking.

❌ Cancellations and Refunds

  • We detail our cancellation and refund policies on separate pages. Please review them carefully before booking.
  • We process refunds in accordance with the timelines and conditions outlined in our cancellation policy and refund policy.

👤 Traveller Responsibilities

  • Carry valid travel documents (passport, visa, permits).
  • Arrange your own travel insurance.
  • We strongly recommend comprehensive insurance that covers medical expenses, trip cancellations, and personal liability.
  • Follow local laws, cultural etiquette, and safety instructions provided by guides.
  • Panorama Bangladesh is not responsible for consequences arising from failure to comply with these responsibilities.

⚕️ Health and Safety

  • Inform Panorama Bangladesh of any medical conditions, dietary requirements, or mobility concerns at the time of booking.
  • We take reasonable steps to ensure safe and hygienic conditions. However, you ultimately participate in tours at your own risk.
  • Panorama Bangladesh is not liable for illness, injury, or loss during the trip unless our negligence or willful misconduct directly causes such incidents.

  • Panorama Bangladesh acts as a coordinator between travellers and third-party service providers (including hotels, boats, and transport).
  • We are not responsible for failures or delays caused by third parties.
  • We are not liable for losses or expenses caused by natural disasters, political unrest, strikes, or other events beyond our control (force majeure).
  • We limit liability for damages to the cost of the booked tour.

  • While we aim to follow planned itineraries, unforeseen circumstances (such as weather, traffic, or closures) may require adjustments.
  • Panorama Bangladesh reserves the right to modify routes, timings, or activities when necessary for safety or practical reasons.

📸 Use of Images and Media

  • Our guides may use photos they take during tours for promotional purposes unless a traveller requests otherwise in writing before the tour.

The laws of the People’s Republic of Bangladesh govern these Terms and Conditions.

The courts in Dhaka, Bangladesh, have jurisdiction over any disputes arising under these Terms and Conditions.
