Our refund policy is designed to be transparent, fair, and human. No fine print tricks, no uncomfortable surprises — just clear terms that respect both your time and your investment, while allowing us to deliver high-quality, responsibly run journeys across Bangladesh.

🔍 Transparent and Fair Refunds

Panorama Bangladesh offers a fair and transparent refund process. Our goal is to protect both our guests and local partners while ensuring you know exactly what to expect before you book.

📌 Standard Refund Rules (Before Departure)

“We always try to accommodate date changes whenever operationally possible, even when refunds are no longer available.”

  • 60+ days:  Receive a 100% refund of all payments made, excluding non-refundable online payment processing fees.
  • 30–59 days: Receive a 75% refund of the total tour price, excluding non-refundable online payment processing fees.
  • 15–29 days: Receive a 50% refund of the total tour price, excluding non-refundable online payment processing fees.
  • Less than 14 days: No refunds are available. However, you may request to reschedule your tour, subject to availability.

⚠️ Non-Refundable Situations

  • Tours booked less than 14 days before the start date are non-refundable.
  • Once the trip begins, we cannot issue refunds for unused services (such as meals, tickets, or activities).
  • We do not offer a refund for late arrivals, early departures, or missed activities due to personal choice.

🌪️ Force Majeure (Unforeseen Circumstances)

If events outside our control affect your tour—such as natural disasters, strikes, political unrest, or government restrictions—we will:

  • Work with you to reschedule your tour at no additional cost (subject to availability), or
  • Offer a partial refund for services we were unable to deliver, based on the expenses we have already incurred.

💳 How Refunds Are Processed

  • All approved refunds will be credited directly to the original credit card or payment method used at checkout on Stripe.
  • For security and anti-fraud compliance, we cannot issue refunds to a different card or bank account.
  • We process refunds within 10 business days of receiving your written confirmation of the tour cancellation.
  • Allow up to 10 working days for the refunded amount to appear on your bank statement, depending on your card issuer.
  • You are responsible for any bank charges, currency conversion fees, or online processing costs that incur during the refund.

🔄 Flexibility Over Cancellation

We encourage you to reschedule rather than cancel whenever possible.
