Transparent and Fair Refunds
Panorama Bangladesh is committed to offering a fair and transparent refund process. Our goal is to protect both our guests and local partners, ensuring you know exactly what to expect before booking
Standard Refund Rules
- 30 days or more before the tour start date: 100% refund of deposit and payments made.
- 15–29 days before the tour start date: 50% refund of the total tour cost.
- Less than 14 days before the tour start date: No refund available.
Non-Refundable Situations
- Tours booked less than 14 days before the start date are non-refundable.
- Services not used during a tour (such as meals, tickets, or activities) cannot be refunded once the trip begins.
- No refund is given for late arrivals, early departures, or missed activities due to personal choice.
Force Majeure
If your tour is affected by events outside of our control—such as natural disasters, strikes, political unrest, or government restrictions—we will:
- Work with you to reschedule your tour at no additional cost (subject to availability), or
- Offer a partial refund for services not delivered, depending on expenses already incurred.
How Refunds Are Processed
- Refunds are issued through the same payment method used at the time of booking (e.g., credit card, PayPal, bank transfer).
- Refunds are processed within 14 business days of your cancellation being confirmed in writing.
- Any bank charges, currency conversion fees, or transfer costs are the responsibility of the traveler.
Flexibility Over Cancellation
We encourage rescheduling rather than cancelling whenever possible. Rescheduling often saves you money and ensures your travel experience can still happen on new dates.
