Our Approach to Cancellations
At Panorama Bangladesh, we understand that travel plans can change unexpectedly. That is why we have created a cancellation policy that is fair, transparent, and easy to understand
Standard Cancellation Terms
- 30 days or more before the tour start date: Full refund of deposit and any payments made.
- 15–29 days before the tour start date: 50% refund of the total tour cost.
- Less than 14 days before the tour start date: No refund available.
Special Conditions
- Last-minute bookings: Tours confirmed less than 14 days before departure are non-refundable.
- Partially used tours: Once a tour has started, unused services (meals, transport, tickets) are non-refundable.
- Force majeure: In rare cases of natural disasters, political unrest, or government restrictions, Panorama Bangladesh will work with you to reschedule or provide a fair partial refund, depending on costs already incurred
How to Cancel a Booking
- To cancel your booking, please send a written request by email to:

- Cancellations are only valid once confirmed in writing by Panorama Bangladesh.
Refund Processing Time
- Refunds are processed within 14 business days of a confirmed cancellation.
- Refunds are issued via the same method as the original payment.
- Transfer or transaction fees are the customer’s responsibility.
Flexibility Promise
Instead of cancelling altogether, we encourage travellers to reschedule their tour at no extra charge (subject to availability).
This option often saves both money and time, while keeping your travel plans to Bangladesh alive.
